Placing avatars and banners in your profile:

AVATARS

1. Click on your profile in the top menu

You will get this but with your info:

2. Click on Forum Profile Information in the Modify Profile section of the top left box

You will get this window:

3. Select ‘keanu’ to choose from our extensive avatar library

or upload your own picture from an image-hosting site or your computer:

4. Click on ‘Change profile’ button at the bottom right corner of the page:

BANNERS

1. Choose a banner from our collection in THIS THREAD or use your own but you have to upload it first to an image-hosting site.

If you want to use one from our collection, right-click on it and choose ‘Copy image location’ (FireFox) ‘Copy image address’ (Opera) or. in Internet Explorer, choose ‘Properties’ and copy the Address (URL) – http...

If you want to use your own, copy the bbc code that goes with the picture.

2. Go to the same page as for avatars to place a banner (see #1 and #2 above)

3. Scroll down to the Signature area and in the big box do the following:

- type this: [img]

- paste what you copied in #1 without space

- type this: [/img] – also no space

You will get this:

4. If you want, type something below this – a quote you like, or your own thought

5. Same as for avatars, click on ‘Change profile’ button at the bottom right corner of the page:

Now, you are THE PROUD OWNER of the avatar and banner OF YOUR CHOICE – Congratulations!
